Well, as long as you aren't planning to move on, into a serious relationship,you could play the field and try to get to know him. I wouldn't wait at home by the phone every night waiting to hear from someone you hardly know.

First, you should find out if he is even available . . . If he is available, then you should consider asking him out . . . if that's not your style, then you need to give him "opportunities" . . . such as if he likes dancing and mentioning to him that you've heard about a really cool club and are dying to go, but just mention it in conversation . . . something like that. So that it is obvious that he has a good shot if he'll just ask you out . . . Then wait a few weeks . . .

Why sit around waiting for someone else to make a move....it's your life ask him out. All he can say is I'm not single or I'm not interested or I don't date people I work with.
