it is a private party vs. private party matter. neither side has broken the law, but the other side thinks i am responsible for a bad streak of luck and is paranoid. he is also an attorney and kind of a bully. is there a way to stop my privacy from being compromised?

P.s. i asked this in law and ethics, too...i am very concerned. my wife and i are alone and we're not tough guys.

Yes you can. Without knowing more about your case it would be difficult for me to tell you the best way to go about it. If you would like you can IM me or email me and I will listen to your situation and give you my professional opinion. Either way I hope you resolve this so that you and your wife can go on living in peace.
