For how long has she been vomiting?
Could it be severe reflux?
Has she had any radiological investigations? Does she have upper GI obstruction?
The low white count would go with being immunocomprimised and explain infections.
She requires a consult from a Pediatrician with an interest in gastroenterology or immunology, not just a general family practitioner!

Go see a Gastro-Intestinal Specialist. My daughter had something similar when she was 2 years-old. The cause for this was the valve at the top of her stomach was not closing properly, so anytime she burped or was over-active after eating, she ended up vomitting all of her food out. In any case, take her to a Specialist.

The first thought I had was leukemia but that's probably one of the first things they checked for. You know, I don't want to alarm you but you need to see different doctors. This is serious and it could be anything from a rare digestive disorder to bowel obstruction to who knows what. The low white cell count and trouble fighting infections is worrisome. Please go see different doctors, she needs a specialist and more tests.

you keep pushing for tests until they find the reason for this , there is a medical reason this is happening . maybe it's an emotional problem and you should take her to a shrink as well. just don't leave any stone unturned until they find out whats wrong with her
