It does not look like the Israeli military has ever had regard for civilians.. I remember a story about a Palestinian woman who for no apparent reason was filled with an awful dread. She gathered up her children and ran out of the house. Seconds later, an Israeli missile landed in her living room destroying her home.
How many innocent people have been blown up by the Isreali army claiming to be targeting terrorists?
So how much credence can we really give to what the Israelis say?

no we have not ... but the Israelis are good at one thing... public relations! they can talk u into thinking that a turtle is actually a camel... and then sell u shirts that say the latter!

The Israelis had a perfect right to destroy anything they believed to be an enemy strongpoint. They mostly fired artillery shells made to destroy hardened enemy emplacements, not civilians, but the accuracy is never perfect. By comparison, the terrorist Hezbollah rockets were set up with 40,000 steel ball bearings in each explosive warhead, to inflict maximum harm to unprotected civilians, not enemy artillery. Hezbollalh should not have attacked the Israelis.

Don't worry, be happy. In Lebanon they are celebrating a strategic victory. Fireworks celebrations, etc, etc.
They fired the 1st shot heard around the world, why aren't you celebrating with them.

Israel has killed around 1000+ citizens in Lebanon and very few Hezbollah members while Hezbollah's attacks have been concentrated on Israli military members. And to the girl below me... iif the no we have not means no, Israel has not killed 1000+ citizens, then you are wrong. Because they have. They very rarely kill Hezbollah members. And they just throw their bombs around killing kids and innocent bystanders. I remember in this city Kana or something like that 60 people died 37 being kids and 23 being the parents of those kids.

when u relli think about it hezbollah whooped israell...i mean most of the israeli deaths r soldiers whereas the most lebanese deaths r civilians.....THINK!! u will figure it out...yes even the right-wing americans!
its very very difficult fighting guerilla warfare....thats wats gonna happen when america invade iran....iran will use military at first but when they r being beaten they will use guerilla warfare...
