You need to stop this behavior right away. Your dog could hurt someone, or someone could hurt your dog.....and you don't want either thing to happen. Get a neighbor kid, or family member to help you. Put your dog on a short, strong leash. Walk him past the person with a bike. The bike should not be moving. Talk to the person on the bike, after putting your dog in the sit/stay position. Let your dog investigate the bike, do this several times, then walk past the person with the bike, and ignore them, make your dog ignore them too. Remember, you are the pack leader. Your dog must obey you. Do not let your dog be the boss. You should be in control of your dog at all times. Then get someone to ride the bike slowly past you and the dog. Make the dog stay in the sit position. This will be work for you, but all things are that are worthwhile.

Keep him on lead or confined in a fence. In some places he would be considered a dangerous dog for chasing a bike which means you will need a big insurance policy, have him muzzled all the time, and post signs.
Confine your dog! You are part of the reason we are fighting all the anti-dog laws!!!

It sounds like your dog is silent but deadly. As far as chasing bikes , I wouldn't worry about that, just tell the bikers not to stop because your dog might get his nose caught in the spokes.
