Losing 30 lbs in 2-3 weeks is NOT good. If you do manage to lose the weight, you'll only gain it back. Besides, the stress of losing that much in that short of time will only hurt your body... you may not see the problems now , but you eventually will.

Diet and exercise. One tip: every day when you get up, roll out of bed and do at least 100 punches in a mirror, like boxers do to a punching bag. Doing this within 5 minutes of waking up doubles your metabolism for the whole day.

I think you should stop eating candy, Walk every day for 30 mins and stop eating junk food like pizza.
