Does any one know of good places that wouldnt mind someone practicing their German or French? If so, what are they/tips/pointers, ect. I'm also kinda unsure if they'd be friendly/patient towards people in my situation, but I'm so sick of trying to have a conversation with classmates who cant speak French well!

Ugh, I totally know what you mean. Try some Yahoo! Voice chat rooms for German and French...just search in a Yahoo! Search Engine, "voice chat," "German chat," or "French chat," etc. Good luck! I've had good luck with the German voice chats. Sometimes there are jerks, but not so many during the day. At night is when all the English-speaking idiots come online.

I also agree that whatever you are sensing is not "out there" but something within your own consciousness that you have to work through before you can be effective in practicing Wicca rites or magick--and yes, it unclear whether you are actually practicing something related to Wicca or ceremonial magick. For people who take a "spiritualist" approach to magick, there is the belief that spirits and energies are "out there" and have to be treated in an appropriate, ritualized way. If you have this belief, then you ought to be very focused, confident, and thorough about ritual in performing purification and banishing, in grounding yourself after doing Work (which it sounds to me that you are not doing or don't know how to do), and in closing the circle. For people who take a psychological or quantum approach to magick, circle casting is an more internal, archetypal operation. They have to be observant of arising moods and energies inside themselves and figure out how to work through or work with them. Ideally--as in yogic and other esoteric disciplines--practices geared toward a catharsis and fortification of conscious and some insight about the nature of one's own consciousness should be gone through so that the kind of experience that you are describing does not come up. Most people practicing in the Western occult traditions don't take that preliminary step, though. Consider doing only the banishing aspect of your rite before sleeping and neutralizing the room by either smudging it (I personally hate smudging) or ringing a bell or playing similar resonant instrument (a gong or singing bowl) in the room (this is my preferred method).
