Of course you're supposed to look! You're just not supposed to let your tongue hang out and go "woo woo! woo woo!"

Women dress sexy for attention so that people will look. They LIE when they dress that way for themselves or because they like what they are wearing. If that was the case they would put the sexy clothes on and look at themselves in the mirror. They certainly would not go through the trouble to look good out in public if they didnt want anyone to look at them.
The women who object to guys looking at them really have self esteem issues and expect guys to treat them like dirt. So when they are admired they think that something is wrong and they get offended.

It's the downfall of society. When the bikini came out in the 60's, it was shunned in several countries as being too revealing. Women used to never show undergarments or even much leg.
I believe due to television, our children are growing up with thinking more and more is ok that used to never be ok.
It starts with allowing a kiss to become petting on tv, (think my three sons). Then, it goes to sopa operas where women are in bed with their husbands, then other men. First they show nothing, then reveal more and more. Now we expect it and the trend goes on and on.

I think alot has to be blamed on the mother and how she acts and dresses. The other is the fact that companies are not making clothes that are "in style" that are more conservative nowdays. Everyone is all about how much skin you can show before you get kicked outta school and girls like to push that further if they can get away with it.

I don't think it's a matter of you're not supposed to look, so much as you're not supposed to touch, or make inappropriate comments.
Looking at a girl is one thing. Hollering out a car window at her is annoying. Propositioning a girl for sex just because of how she's dressed is more annoying, and the most annoying of all is guys who persist in hitting on a girl after she's said she's got a boyfriend/fiancee/husband. If she bothers to mention the boyfriend/fiancee/husband, that means she loves him enough to not cheat.

I hate when women do that. If you don't want the the attention, don't dress in a way that will attract unwanted attention. A guy is gonna look no matter how hard he tries not to. It's like me seeing a guy with next to nothing on, of course I'll look. It's human nature.

1. They do it to impress you, beacuse apparently thats all that impresses most guys now days. 2. If u were to walk around in short and no shirt women would not be thinking the same things you would, so I guess we just dont realize it, and 3. In a better world we would be able to dress any way we wanted and it would not make a difference.

Because they want the attention and I think stuff in TV, magazines etc has something to do with it. Nowadays, I see 10 year olds wearing makeup and short skirts, I feel disgusted and ashamed of their parents.

It's only normal for youngsters to want to dress with "what's in fashion", so to speak. And in my book, it's okay for there parents or guardians to do the same. It's a whole new world.
