I think that some people have little or less happiness inside of them but act like they're happy all the time on the outside. I act this way all the time. Its people like me who think that what they have isn't good enough and I don't think that its the right way to think but some people can't help it.

I think happiness is a myth we choose to accept because it helps us to face another day... not that that is a bad thing... but generally people who are less happy are more honest with themselves... unfortunately I don't have the research on hand but if I find it again in the next five minuets or so I will re-post with a source.

Happiness is within us and around us. If we are happy, people around us can Generally sence that, and it puts forth a Happy atmosphere.... Just like if you are around someone who is sad all the time, it brings you down too. I believe true happiness is such a blessing..And many people are missing out on true happiness... People are in such hurries anymore there is no time for them to focus on True Happiness.. But to answer your question, Happiness follows you, Inside and out......

Happiness absolutely comes from within. You cannot depend on external events or circumstances to decide your happiness.

yes, well the books I have read so far, clearly say happiness is within us. Some people may trigger it or make it come out, but still comes out of you.

Yes. You have to be happy with yourself & love yourself to show it on the outside. Love what wonderful gifts you have everyday.

Happiness is relative, so it is inside us outside us and all through us in every manner and state, it's how you tap into it that makes the difference.
