I think it means you're having trouble saying something. Maybe there's something you need to talk to someone about, but you don't know how to approach the subject.

you are struggling with some issue(s) in your life, and its something you're not in full control of.
recurrent dreams usually means there's something you've not resolved, or in your case perhaps it's an event or a feeling or a sate of being that you've put aside for awhile but it's now coming back to you..
i wouldn't try to think too much of it though, it could just be a temporal state of mind that comes and fleets like any other emotion.. unless the same dream, or different manifestations of the dream starts recur in my sleep.
and no, most likely it's got nothing to do with your oral hygiene at all, that should be the last of your worries.
have a good day

If you have a tendency to say things that you regret, this dream may be your subconscious way of tying up the loose tongue syndrome.
If that's not you, perhaps your subconscious is telling you to avoid fibrous foods.
If that's still not you, my fingers are all tied up now and suggest you look elsewhere for interpretations.

Well, I can't analyze your dream for you, but you might be interested in the search results that I got when I did a search for 'dream interpretation'.
Here's the link:
http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=dream+interpretation+dictionary&rs=1&fr2=rs-top&search=dream+interpretation&ei=UTF-8&fr=ks-ques
There you will find several websites about dream interpretation that can help you figure out what it means. You can also go to your local library and check out books about it.
I hope this helps. Good luck!!

Without knowing you, or your circumstances, I would have to guess that the fibers are something limiting your speech. Is something or someone preventing you from speaking your mind? Is it shyness, or a controlling boss/friend, etc.? Just a wild guess.

maybe youre too preoccupied with telling people what they want to hear and actually want to tell the truth, but are afraid of what they might think of you. Or it could just be an odd dream brought on by stress, or too much pot.

or ...
youve happened to tell so many lies in your past that you are no longer able to tell the straight up truth because it would be once again entangled in lies
or ...
