I am looking to buy a car soon. I want a convertible. I want it to be functional, and what I mean by that is: One, I want people to be able to (comfortably) sit in the backseat. And, two, it want to be about to drive it around, alot, so it needs to have good gas milege. Also, I would like to not spend over $15,000, or not much over.
Does anyone have any ideas on a make and model that would be good for what I am looking for??

My dad had a Chrysler Sebring contvertible that had a decent back seat. It was a four cylinder so gas mileage was pretty good. You should be able to pick up a late model used one pretty reasonably. Good luck.

I can warmly recommend the very attractive Toyota Solara Convertible 2.2. Does everything you want it to do, and lasts twice as long as all the other brands. Buying used at 15k should be possible.

Any number of Chrysler models would fit right in.
