I use the Gimp which is awesome. I make Flint, MI look great through powerful color manipulation tools in that program :)

illegaly u can download the photoshop trial and thn use a serial key generator to unlock the trail and make it your forever.. .then there is a program called "gimp"... basicly like photoshop but not as good.

picasa by google. it doesnt give you alot of fun features like photoshop but you can autofix, crop, lighten,d arken etc. and if you put up pictures in your yahoo photos you can edit them too
