I tore the ACL ligament in my left knee. The doctors told me that is was so bad that I would be on a cane and probably never play sports again. After surgery, I prayed and asked God for a supernatural recovery. They took me down to the physical therapy room a day after surgery and I lifted 40 lbs on a knee that was swollen and atrophied. Rehabilitation was 9 months to a year. I was released from physical therapy after 4 and a half months. And I was playing basketball and football during that 4 and half months. The doctors were stupified. All they could say was that this was a miracle from God.

It gives me something to hope for, when things don't seem like they're working out, the hope that someone is watching over me and will make sure that I'm all right in the end, as long as I do the right things. I don't go to church or beleive in the rules of Christianity, but I beleive in God and Jesus and that he has a plan for me, and my life is better off that way.

Having faith in Jesus Christ means having faith that it all doesn't end in a ride in a hearse, it gives you hope that there's something more to life.

I was suffering from Chronic pain and I had read some graffiti on a wall that said, "Relax in the Lord". I told myself that I had to totally trust in him to take away my pain. As soon as I said the words, "Lord, I'm turning everything over to you", my life began improving immediately. Best of all, I am now pain free and have been for about a year now.
