Stick with veggies, and liquids...milk (non-fat) is filling, but if I've got the munchies that late at night, I usually want something sweet, so I go for non-fat choc. milk and a handful of pretzels. The sweet and the salt goes well. Just don't eat a ton, you'll be fine.

I depends on "your day" if you wake up at noon, then no.
Fours hours before bedtime is the deadline.
I love ot eat oatmeal or a yogurt and avocado smoothy before bedtime, to make me feel full before bedtime.
I used to eat a hand full of raw almonds at bedtime, since I was diabetic and that helped me out for the long night.

salad, veggies, fruits. I always eat celery, because it has a lot of crunch and it fills you up, but it has virtually no calories.

celery, carrots, grapes.... also try a tall glass of water and wait a few minutes. People mistake thirst for hunger......
