I personally feel that prayer is a form of meditation. When you speak to "God" in prayer, you are whole souled in your devotion for a desired effect. Hence, when you approach the situation, your mind is certain that whatever happens, it is a part of God's will. Hence, you are free from apprehension. Things seem to fall into place when you have confidence.
So yes, absolutely. I say that because I believe all life radiants from God and is a part of God. Which, with that understanding, there is no right or wrong religion. All religions unite and have something to offer societies to which they emerge from that environment. Truth is truth, and all religions teach different aspects of truth.
I hope this was in line with your question.

Be good.

Be good.

Read Isaiah 59:1, it says that God will not hear, because your sins have seperated you from Him. Any prayer that is answer has to go through Jesus Christ. Jesus said whoever has the Son, has the Father. Also, John 14 He says that I am the way, the truth, and the light. The only way that anybody can get an prayer answer outside of a another belief is if a Christian is interceding on their behalf.

Dear Cooley_54,

Of course not; Abrahamic-gods operate on a single, narrow bandwidth, and cannot tune in to any frequency, except their own bigoted frequency.

If you believe in Eastern faiths, you are in luck - they believe in religious syncretism, and hope G hears their prayers.

As for me, I say, Not a Prayer!

i seem at it this way in my view - notwithstanding unaccepted this view will in all probability be - there is ONE GOD - he's the writer of all, he's our Heavenly Father and loves ALL His infants here in the international now and since the commencing up of time. He operates on very genuine eternal non secular rules that govern the universe certainly one of that's that partly that as quickly as we obey God's rules we are blessed era! that doesn't advise a regulation of christianity unavoidably as a results of fact for sure many human beings on the earth at the instant are not Christians and don't comprehend God & Christ - yet some non secular rules are time-honored - that of charity, cohesion, provider to others, honor, certainty, morality, goodness, purity, etc. purely as a results of fact human beings SEE, comprehend, think of, have confidence or call HIM with the aid of another call - i've got confidence that at some point as quickly as we bypass away this life we are able to THEN ALL comprehend HIM for specific and clearly and spot, comprehend & comprehend ALL certainty. as a results of fact for sure no person has ALL certainty now purely as a results of fact they are christian or something - guy is slender minded, unsuitable and hopelessly prideful and arrogant and so many times THINKS he/all of us comprehend lots pertaining to to the character & complexities of GOD...that's why many decide to objective and narrowly container Him and His truths only in the pages of this little imperfect e book pronounced as the bible easily God is so lots extra advantageous than all of us comprehend Him to be.... SO of path He solutions the prayers of all people who lives righteously and during the eyes of their faith ask for help from a Deity that they have come to renowned in my view, notwithstanding in the event that they comprehend Him with the aid of another call. To me - it is a few distance extra lifelike given the inhabitants of the international and the relatively small proportion of that international who's time-honored with God & Jesus Christ and is "christian"..... IF God is "no respecter" of persons then isn't this view slightly extra genuine looking and lifelike? it is to me.... : ) purely my attitude....
