In my opinion it is lack of pure constantly consistent truthful knowledge. And again in my opinion I would not use the term almost. I would say flatly all problems.

This lack does of course include the acceptance of truth as truth for to me it is clear that truth only hurts those who do refuse to accept it.

I know to this many will say truth is what one makes it to be or there are many truths. Such is an absolute fact when one refuses to accept the constantly consistent truth as being the guide to any and all truth.
