No I can't stand wiggly bacon. It's kinda gross, I like mine crispy bordering on burned. It's how I've always eaten it, when it's jiggly it seems under cooked.

I"m southern and I love my bacon.
I prefer to buy it from the meatmarket- thick and smoked.
Wiggly bacon on a BLT is awesome
Crispy bacon crumble on a spinach salad
Bacon wrapped around a steak or chicken.
