Sounds like you got the solution already.
If she's so mad for something you did that she won't talk to you, at least she's not running your life.
Since she's the aunt, not the mom, she has no direct authority over you (though you should respect her as a general principle). If you WANT to work toward mending the relationship, try to talk to her. If she won't talk, she's maintaining the distance, not you. If you don't want her in the house any more, tell your mom that. If she bugs you but you still want to know that she's ok, you can ask your mom if she's heard from her. But mostly, sounds like she needs to chill out a little and come back for the dialog to happen regardless..and that it's largely out of your direct control, and I therefore wouldn't let it distract you from whatever else you've got going on.

Why doesn't your mom stick up for herself and let her know that it's her apartment/house/what ever and she doesn't have to listen to her!? I would talk to your mom about this. Maybe tell her that it would be a good idea if your aunt finally left and got out on her own because it isn't working out anymore?! If she doesn't agree to that, get a lock for your door and come to an agreement with your mom that your aunt isn't to run your life or your mom's anymore!!! That you've both had enough.

You have a serious problem. You should try talking to your aunt. If that doesn't work, try to tell your mom and see if she will straighten it out. If that doesn't work, you could ask your mom to tell her to move out. And get a lock for your door.

Your Mother has a responsibility to take care of you and not to let anybody take advantage of you, that's part of being a good parent. Where is she while all this stuff was/is going on? Talk to your Mother and tell her you're really sick of this and she needs to take care of it.

the time to talk is definitely now tell her how you felt and how you still feel but try to keep calm while talking to her and if it doesn't work ask your mom what needs to be done and if all of the above doesn't work then it is time to give her the boot and if it doesn't work then take it to court
