Taxi fare range $21 - $30 plus tolls($4.00) and tips.
If taking New York Airport Service Express Bus, it's only $12 from Midtown Manhattan/ Grand Central Terminal.
Cash Cab is very unlikely to happen... but still possible

It's around $30. Take the cab... it's the easiest way.

I would suggest booking a shuttle, like Supershuttle (you can book it online. just google supershuttle). It'll be something like $22, and some airlines give you discounts on supershuttle, so look that up also.
