Put it in a ziplock bag with a papertowel in the bottom to absorb excess moisture.

Get some paper towels and wet them, then wrap the salad inside the bag with them. It keeps the moisture in. It works.

I use my vacuum sealer and re-bag them after taking out what I need. The rest usually stay fresh for about 5 to 7 days using my Foodsaver.

In lieu of sounding like a consultant, which I am no longer, The tupperware fridgesmart containers will keep it fresh for at least 2 weeks, (and grapes fresh for up to a month) no joke, no sales ploy, for real

I just wash the whole bag and what I don't eat I put in a ziplock and it stays fresh for days.

get the packs of "baby spinach" instead...

better nutrition, tastes just as good and stays fresh for about 2 weeks!!!
