The 1st is a discounted version of the Microsoft Office product. For more info, see http://www.microsoft.com/office/editions/prodinfo/students/overview.mspx

The 2nd is an upgrade. If you already have an earlier version Microsoft Office (retail version) installed, you can use this to upgrade it to 2003. You need to check that your installed version allows you to upgrade, and that the upgrade version is the correct one.

Microsoft Office Standard Edition 2003 Upgrade - is just an upgrade ...so you need to have a previous version of Microsoft Office Standard Edition to use the upgrade (kind of not a full software).

Microsoft Office Standard 2003 Student and Teacher - Retail - is a full standalone software...

the form isn't something. Its a merchandising pitch. Nursery water has flouride, yet so do many different bottled waters like sparklets. Flouride is stable for the tooth yet I heard toddlers would not have too lots of it. frequently sparkletts and different manufacturers are extra inexpensive so i might pick that or regardless of is extra inexpensive. your infant does not ought to flouride because of fact it rather is of their tooth paste besides, so which you will get universal $sixty 9 frequently used bottled water and it rather is going to be the comparable.

Umm, I'm not sure, but I think the second one is just an upgrade of the first one?
