My PC suddenly started cyclical booting? Do I have to necessarily call a technician or can do self help?

The processor could be overheating. Open up the case and dig as much dust as possible off of the heat sink (the fan and fins on top of the processor). A vacuum will be great help here but you'll still need to use more than that. Clear dust from the heat sink, fan, and then from the front and rear vents where air goes in and out. You should be able to do this without taking anything out but if you have to take the heat sink off to cleat it out (dust can clog the small space between the fand and the fins) be sure to run to your local computer store to get some new thermal paste to put down.

It could mean that you have a virus. When a virus is found in your somputer it shuts down as a safety precaution so the virus doesn't spread. Try uploading an antivirus program and that should get rid of it. A good one I use is Symantec Antivirus.

FIRST save any/every thing you want to disk ASAP
then (using F1 if necessary) restore your PC
to the way it was when you got it
also your RAM my be going bad on you
I recommend Corsair RAM from www.newegg.com
Also it will probably tell you in the Error Message
what file (DLL, SYS) is corrupted
if possible re-install those files
Make sure any newly installed hardware/software/firmware
was PROPERLY installed.
If not PROPERLY un-install, then re-install

it relatively is a computer screen component. once I run stuff out of community determination on my 21" huge liquid crystal demonstrate, i'm getting huge blue messages that pop of from the computer screen itself telling me to alter it. i might attempt relatively playing with the video demonstrate instruments settings, enormously if the errors isn't living house windows yet say, a crude, dos-ish finding blue field.
