It depends on how it's done. Nude art today can be art. It's all in the presentation. Museums today are still showing recent nude art. If it's the human body as a whole, and not presenting the genitalia in an overt position, it's still art.

Painting an adult with their permission as they did in the 1500's, and taking pictures of children or adults for personal gain, have no comparison.

The reason why is because back then the focus wasn't sexual in nature. The nude young body - both male and female - was considered to be perfect. (Both in structure and geometry.)
Pornography shows sexual images. All of them are perverted and make me want to vomit!
