Shouldn't an In-And-Out Burger be built in Times Square New York because it's very limited in California and Arizona? I heard it's one of the best burger places because how it was prepared. I think New York should be given a chance to to have a taste of a popular Southern California franchise.

Actually In-And-Out has considered expanding the franchise to a massive national scale with New York (not times square though) but has always been resistant to expansion. One of the reasons they have such excellent quality and sell at incredibly cheap prices is the elimination of management cost and third party contracts.

There is a lot of food in NYC that is WAYYY better than In-And-Out Burger. In fact, I sort of think it is an acquired taste. People either love them or hate them. Sort of like White Castle.
