school is going to start in 2 days, I have to type my third report on a guy in history, my best friend might not be able to come back to school this year because she has this chest problem that hurts her and makes it really hard to breath, she could pass out by just going up some stairs(she already passed out in the middle of church) and her heart is leaking, but he doctors say that that isn't a problem, and yet so far 9 of them couldn't help her! so she is probalby going to homeschool. I am very stredded right now and i know it's not helping anything, so how do i make it stop?

Best thing to do I find is to think about someone else...Do something nice for your friend..sounds like she could use some friendly faces around her. Also take some time out to get in some exercise...even if it's just going for a long walk. It helps your muscles release all those toxins that the stress hormones create and deposit in them, and it's also a repetitive activity, which helps free your mind through meditation.

Don't worry if yoga doesn't destress you...I tend to get more stressed wondering why I can't do all those crazy positions..

Just do something that you enjoy, that you don't really have to think about, and that lets your mind work out all these pressures.

You can't get rid of stress. Stress is an unavoidable part of life. Yet, you can COPE with it. We are all different. Some people cope with it by jogging, taking a nap, listening to music, walking around their house naked, going to strip bars, you name it. Find something that you like and that is within the law. lol

Try to make your room as relaxing as possible with candles, some soothing music or sounds like the ocean. Then grab a good book or magazine and just chill out for a little while. If you're reading you can't really worry too much. Good luck in school!

do yoga, talk to someone who cares, take baths and if you believe in god, pray to him.
