can someone give me recipe for seaweeds....

What type of seaweed? They're all prepared differently depending on the type.
Examples:
Nori - This is what is used for sushi. It's is sold in dried paper-like sheets.
Wakame - These are dried young kelp leaves. A popular way to eat them is to drop them in hot boiling miso soup until it rehydrates. It can also be soaked in hot water, drained, and used in salads.
Agar - This is used to make gelatin like desserts. It is the key ingredient in Chinese Almond Jello.
There are other varieties as well... These are just a few I know of.

Soak it with some kosher salt water overnight. Cut them into thin strips like Jullianed carrots.
Then grill veggies and add humus and use the strips of seaweed intergrated into the pita for a great sandwich.
