i am 13 years old currently..i turn 14 n less than 2 months.i about about 5'5 2/3 at the moment...my mother is 5'4 and mi father is about 6'5.about how tall will i be?

No one knows. You could stop growing tomorrow, or continue growing until your 20s.
Your mother is 5'4", which is the average height for women.
Your father is 6'5", which is about 11.5% more than the average height for men (5'9").
So, I'll venture a guess and say you'll grow to be somewhere between 5'6" and 5'11".
Given that you are already almost two inches taller the average, I'd be happy being as tall as you are.

you will probably be around 6 feet....but u never know and if your a girl you will stop growing around 16

when u have a full set of teeth. i mean allof it,no more baby tooth, then u will not growing anymore
