I am going to address it to my name and address(my fiancee and I live together but I am planning the WHOLE thing) but for the return address, do I leave it blank or put my name and address there as well?

You leave the return address blank. If the RSVPer wants to fill it in, they can.

Congrats and Good Luck!

Leave it blank. That way people can put their names and/or addresses there if they want to. Also, you will need to call all those who don't send the RSVP's back. So be prepared for quite a few not to be returned.

Just leave the return address area blank. The sender will fill that in with their own address label or hand written address.
