Religious can tell lies while they are wearing that small triangular piece of textile on their head and it is not considered a sin if they have it on, right?

I am compelled to say "NO, under no circumstances is it right to lie, and putting under the guise of religion is no exception", but then again, (and I'm sorry if I'm incorrect), but I don't think this is a question you asked so you could recieve the correct answer. It seems more like you were asking, "Hey everyone! I'm gonna toss out an insult! Anyone want to jump on board?"

WRONG WRONG WRONG.
God is not impressed by our clothing. Religious titles don't matter one whit to Him. Sin is still sin, no matter what anybody is called, and no matter how they are dressed.
Where did you hear such a stupid idea? That God gives people dressed a certain way "permission" to sin? That is such crap!!!

I don't know what you are talking about, but christians aren't supposed to lie. Sometimes they do, but when they do they need to repent and ask forgiveness. There is no sin-free time to lie.

if you're reffering to priests or bishops or whatever, it is still a sin if they lie. if you remmebr in the bible, jesus would often rebuke religious leaders for their hypocracy
