I've read that somewhere...but it's not true for me...matter or fact my left eye is hurting right now hehe and i'm left handed...

In a sense. But only if you favor them when you were younger.
I am ambidextrous for obvious reasons.
I have bowled both hands
I can write decently with both hands
I have batted in baseball both ways.
I learned to shoot basketball both hands.
My quicker reflexes are on the right and I dribble a basketball better right handed.
I golf right handed.
I have had to adapt. Makes us better.

Just sharing:
Your right side of the brain controls the left side, and the left side of your brain controls the right side. So, the saying goes:
Left handed people are in their right mind!
