I like cucumber and avocado rolls. Before I became a vegetarian, I liked just about anything in a Maki roll.

Love Sashimi (Sushi without rice) rather than Sushi
My fave is Mekajiki (Swordfish) Sashimi :P

My favorite is hae du bop - the korean variation on the sashimi theme - which is available in most Sushi places.
