or has anyone had a cold feeling like IV fluids running all into their body and then tingling begins I had a mRI Ct all fine the doc said maybe anxity,I have lost weight in the last week by fasting and salads,all week no dizzy spells and my BP in the 120's and the bottom in the 70's my vision is fine now.

bump up your carbohydrate intake, as you might be experiencing hypoglycemia. it happened to me when i went on an extremely low calorie diet, with no carbs. the doctor had no idea what was wrong with me. i had to figure it out, and it was a lack of blood sugar.

i know when you have an anxiety attack or panic attack you get a feeling of coldness goingthrough out your body almost feels like your going to die

were you checked for anemia or thyroid issues? because i have those symptoms also and i'm anemic.
