how do i stop a murderer and a rapist?

i have had 3 members of my family murdered my 17 yr old daughter as been sexually abused my nephew who is 7yr as been sexually abused at a blackpool nursery his twin sister as been given the wrong prescription for her glasses twice we are beeni terrised the police dont care neither does the social services please can anyone tell me how can they let anyone get away with this and do they condole this please help

Make it a mandatory sentence of castration for rape and death by hanging for murder. Fire all the bleeding heart liberal judges and replace them with judges who aren't afraid to execute these jerks. Child molesters should be given life without parole.

From the way you write, I assume you are from London or the South East, it has a typical London lilt to it. Now I take it that the incidences in Blackpool are what your brother or sister told you. Your local police won't do anything about that because that is hearsay. So you will have let the people in Blackpool deal with those things.

Now you don't say when or over what period of time your family members were murdered. If they lived in the East End, they may have been in contact with some pretty mean characters.

You seem to imply that you actually know or suspect who the culprit is. You know who is doing these things. Either that, or you want to shop someone or at least ruin there reputation.

I can have my suspicions of what you are trying to say, but really it is up to you, to name, shame, and prove it.

In the UK it is very difficult to get a conviction against a rapist, and your best chance is to go right away, so that DNA of the rapist can be collected.

However, counselling should be available in your local area, and the Citizen's Advice Bureau should be able to put you in touch with a counsellor. The counsellor won't do anything about the justice of the case. She won't help you to get back at him, but she will help you to sort things out so that it does not blight every aspect of your life.

If the Police in your town or city are so incompetent, then they should be reported to the Attorney General of your state. You need to describe exactly what has happened to you and the response by both the Police and Social Services. There is no excuse for this and if they are letting criminals get away with attacking you and your family then there are plenty of others they are treating the same way.
You would probably have to testify if the State officials take you seriously.
If you do, however, I would seriously consider moving somewhere else. Even if you don't you should move someplace else. This area is just way too dangerous for decent people to live in.

About the police not caring, file a complaint with the IPCC (Independant Police Complaints Commision.)You may be entitled to compensation because in not giving a flying, theyre not doing their job properly/ grossly misconducting themselves, i obviously dont know all the ins and outs, i'd need them if i was going to paint a clearer picture.

No question about it, that nursery should be investigated/ closed until the findings of the inv. are that theres nothing wrong. If social services arent doing anything, then go to the council, see if they cant do something.

Yea, i do agree with people that have said move away and start afresh, I would have done. But at the end of the day, why should you have to?

You list the appalling things that have happened within your family, but sadly, without knowing all the facts, it's hard to judge whether the police and social services acted incorrectly. I really don't think that the police or the social services would want you to feel terrorised. Very often they don't want people to get away with things, but their hands can be tied through lack of evidence. This can make it seem that they condone situations. Perhaps you can speak about your fears to social services, they may be able to give you grief counselling at the very least.

I don't know why you included the thing about your niece's prescription glasses? Are you saying that there's this big conspiracy going on against you and your family? And your nephew was abused at his nursery? Surely OFSTED would have something to say about that, Social Services would not be able to sweep it under the carpet, and why would they? And why would the police ignore three murders??? It all sounds very dubious to me. I think you should seek some counselling.

I am terribly sorry for ur pain and loss
U could always take matters in ur own hands and then claim insanity I know that's going to the extreme but if someone hurt my children I would go to the ends of the earth to make that person pay DEARLY. It is ashame how our wonderful court system works; letting sexual offenders off with a warning or a slap on the hand (6 months max in jail). They need to put them (the child molesters) in the general population of the prisons and let the other inmates know who they are; the reason they don't they know what would happen but I say they should put them there one less child molester rapist that gets let out!!! Go luck in fighting for your family I hope everything works out and you can be truly happy again!!!

What a bizarre series of life events to happen to a person.

I realise that some people have exceptionally unlucky lives, but you seem to be way outside the norm even for that!

It suggests to me, that you are either making this up or totally insane and believe what you have described.

Working in the Criminal Justice System, you would not be dismissed so freely if all these events have occurred.

A visit to you GP may be in order so that some sort of psychiatric
assessment can be made.

There has toi be more to this than what your telling us. I say this only because the police are NOT going to just blow off three murders, as well as several kids getting molested. Social services don't care? Something is going on here, so tell us the whole thing. This just has a ring about it that tells me you're NOT telling everything.
