n e thing about spirits and like how to contact or what not to do or to do or how to do a obe helpfull hints on meditation n e thing that will help me at all would be nice thanks!

im not going into the full story, but i have been contacted by one of my uncles. it was about 4 yrs ago, and was thru another person who was very spiritually sensitive. the message was thru both thoughts and visions. he relayed to me a series of events that came tru, including my stepfathers death. a medium would work to contact, but there are too many fakes . the only reason i believed this guy was because he wasnt a proffesional and would have been fired from his job if anyone found out. and he also new stuff that no one else could have possibly known. good luck.

Well the one thing to remember about spirits is that death does not make someone a) smarter or b) nicer. If you didn't get along with someone in life, chances are they are not going to get along with you in death either. And dying does not automatically embue a person with all the mysteries of the universe. Only thing I can recommend is to just keep yourself open, relax, do some meditation...just be as skeptical about what a spirit tells you as you would be about what a living person would.

It was kind of hard to understand what you're looking for but I'll try to answer anyway. I believe that the spirits live here, on Earth amongst us. They're jus tin a different dimension. Now, the Bible condamnes those who talk to the dead people's spirits and says that they will be sent to the fire of Hell. So, I don't recomend doing it but I know that they exist and know us and what we're doing.

if you don't know what you are doing you are looking for trouble,there is evil spirits(demons) out there just waiting for someone to invite them into their home their bodies,i suggest you leave it be,
i know it can seem fun with friends , spooky and all that but its not a game,and you could be permanently harmed and anyone with you ,walk away from it ,i did it and almost died,don't do it

spirits are not lost human souls or ghosts. spirits are demons that masquerade as them to deceive others. Attempting to make contact is like inviting a pyromaniac to live in your house, sooner or later you will get burned.
