My feet are always sore, all day long. I try to twist them and bend my toes around to help stretch them out, but nothing seems to help. When I use to take yoga classes, my feet would hurt so much I would have to stop mid pose to shake them out.
The soreness is a dull pain, like when you excercise weak muscles. I would say the pain covers the whole foot excluding the heel, top and bottom. My arches are not completly flat, but definately low!
Does anyone know of any stretch that would help? or what the problem may be?

I recommend barefoot 24/7 and dump the flip-flops.

If you have some biomechanical problem with your feet, please consult with a licensed, medical board-certified foot doctor (Podiatrist).

There are also tons of websites that deal with foot problems. Google around and try to find some that can help answer your questions. Perhaps you can self-diagnose your trouble somewhat.

Here is a good foot problem answer board called the Foot Health Forum:

Note -- medical professionals and podiatrists often are against barefooting and will try to sell you some kind of in-shoe device (Orthotics) to "correct" your feet. However, if you won't use them don't waste your time and money on them.

The problem could be that you are wearing shoes that are to small for you. Go see a foot doctor, they will be able to help you.

What I would do is go to this store called "Good Feet". They Give you insoles to put in whatever shoes you are wearing that day, be prepared though. you have to spend, on average $150 to $250, but it will probably be worth it.

Sounds like plantar fascitis.
Night splints can really help.
So can visting an orthopedic doc to confirm this fact.
Physical therapy, orthodics, etc... All can be used in conjunction to help you out.

you should get orthotics for your feet or get shoes that have really good arch support

if that doesn't stop the pain then you should see a doctor
