Eat hard cheeses instead of soft cheeses. Certain soft cheeses can become contaminated with bacteria called Listeria. If you become sick from Listeria, the baby you're carrying could get sick or even die. Soft cheeses that can easily become contaminated include mexican-style soft cheeses (queso blanco, queso fresco, queso de hoja, queso de crema, and asadero), feta (goat cheese) brie, camembert, and blue-veined cheeses like roquefort. Something else to avoid is certain types of fish. The FDA advises that pregnant women, women who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, and young children should avoid eating shark, swordfish, king mackerel and tilefish due to high levels of mercury in these fish. You should also avoid raw fish/sushi. Finally, caffeine is ok, but consume it in moderation.
Foods that are good to consume? Obviously, you want to eat a healthy variety of foods, but the most important are foods high in protein, calcium, iron and folate. The third link I attached provides this information and helps you identify foods high in iron and folate.

Yes it's fine. The only cheeses you should avoid are raw cheeses that are unpasteurized. Mozzarella is a good cheese :) What would pregnancy be without a veggie pizza with lots of Mozzarella on it? I hate to think of it ;)

It's the unpasteurized cheese that you need to watch--any kind of blue cheese, or cheese with veins of blue or green in them are out. Also, watch your tuna, and shellfish intake--lots of problems with both bacterial infections and mercury.
Fresh fruits and veggies, as long as they don't give you heartburn, are great. Lean meats, not any COLD CUTS! (more bacteria there) and fish like sole or cod or haddock are also good. Stay away from rare meat, and ground meat of any kind as well. And of course, as my doctor used to say, "No sweets, not cake, cookies, pastries, nothing that isn't wholesome and nutritious--you are building your baby's body. Use good material and the baby will be strong." So, whole grain bread and pasta, brown rice, and your grandmother's homemade tomato sauce are all good. And don't forget your vitamins and folic acid!

All cheeses are safe as long as they are pasteurized. It is the bacteria in unpasteurized cheeses that can be harmful. Even soft cheeses are okay just look on the container to be sure they are indeed pasteurized. I just had to look into this for myself a couple of months ago.

Processed & "hard" cheeses. No feta or anything else that isn't processed and is pretty much considered "raw." Cheddar, colby... stuff like that is fine :)
