Absolutely, if you are dead and can work, I would like them to pay taxes and I think they should pay more because they only paid once for their residence and they are non consumers cause they don't eat or drink. And, they should also pay "stink" taxes cause they stink to high heaven all the deoderant in the world wouldn't help them. So yes they should be legally allowed to do so.
(gives dead on your feet a whole new meaning lol)

The IRS doesn't accept tax returns from dead people.

Of course, if a dead person comes along and is actually able to work, maybe they'll change that policy. But, as far as i know, being dead and being able to work are mutually exclusive.
