Physically impossible? What kind of limitations?

no. It would be impossible because people can't hold their breath for five minutes in a row, and still swim around real fast. I don't see a sphere pool being created in the near future either.

maybe one day but waterpolo isnt that different cept the ball wont go underwater but yea i bet someone will invent something that could lead to blitzball
