spot and it itches badly then when i went to sleep i felt a little itchy on other spot and i scratched a littlr=e and i awoke with the same big red itchy spot like my other arm...i'm scared help?

could just be something as simple as a heat rash, or it could be an allergic reaction to something, maybe you should get it checked?

Been in poison oak lately? Put Calamine Lotion or Benadryl on it. If it doesnt' clear up in a few days, see a doc
