You have faith George Washington existed. That's history. People tend to have faith in history, but sometimes it's wrong. The whole cutting down a cherry tree thing is wrong. So oh well.
But the difference is that people are generally expected to accept history, but they're not generally expected to accept religion. I don't accept religion. I'm agnostic. Benefit of the doubt for everyone. No that doesn't mean anyone's wrong or right.

You can believe anything you want, honey, but as far as jesus is concern, there is no question that he did existed. What we agnostic cannot accept is his divinity. He could not have possibly been born to a virgin, And any man with a pea size brain must realize that when you're dead for as long as 2 thousand years, you stay dead.forever.And if you still believe he's gonna come back to life after all these years, that's the fairy tale that we agnostic can never accept. I do admire jesus for his teachings but not his claim that he is the son of God. He is not the only one, WE ALL ARE!

The Theory of Evolution is the fairy tale for adults....
It is the ultiment SCIFI, an alternative belief system for those that cannot accept the fact that God exist....
It is the truth as they see it vs. the facts as they are....
You are right Jesus Christ is Not a fairy tale.... He is alive and well I too can feel His presence... I read His words and I try to obey His teachings of Love...
I am saved only by God's grace, Christ alone....
If I held up a pencil and say it created itself... you would laugh.... how much more should we laugh when so called "scientist" say the universe made itself from nothing?
Again, the Facts contradict the Theory of Evolution once more...
Faith in God is not blind.... you have to open your eyes first....
May God bless you and yours,
your brother in Christ...

Of course Christ isn't a fairy tale, and i think it is wonderful that you have excepted him into your life. And as far as those who would say he never excised think on this just one moment.
In Roman, Jewish and Egyptian history no one has said a man calling himself Christ never excised, they acknowledge that someone calling themselves "The son of God" actually live. The Romans were infamous for documenting history and when you study Roman history you ll find that they nor anyone at that time argue that a man calling himself Christ excised. (this also includes the Jewish, they believe the man that called himself Christ was a false profit, or a Blasphemer) Some chose not to acknowledge him as Christ, and some did. that is why we have Catholicism, Christan, Jewish and so forth and so on about religions. The question isn't that did he ever live? History books time and time again say a man lived that claimed to be the son of God. The question is do you believe he was the son of God.
Just thought i would embelish alittle

the greek gods on no account have been genuine, they are all area of pagan worship. the Bible is spanded for the era of 10,000 years, 2000 of that are recorded as a results of fact the recent testomony, the previous testomony continues to be believed as a results of fact the genuine God breathed scripture with the aid of many on the instant. God purely in introduction is extra advantageous than adequate data that he's genuine, no longer fictional, so no Jesus won't exchange right into a fairy tale

Shake off all the fears of servile prejudices, under which weak minds are servilely crouched. Fix reason firmly in her seat, and call on her tribunal for every fact, every opinion. Question with boldness even the existence of a God; because, if there be one, he must more approve of the homage of reason than that of blindfolded fear.
I never told my own religion nor scrutinized that of another. I never attempted to make a convert, nor wished to change another's creed. I am satisfied that yours must be an excellent religion to have produced a life of such exemplary virtue and correctness. For it is in our lives, and not from our words, that our religion must be judged.

The fact that Jesus existed is not only proven by Jehovah God's word, the Bible, but has been scientifically proven through historical records, other written accounts, and even by findings from archeaological digs such as cuneiform tablets that speak of his existence by peoples that are known to have existed themselves.

Very thoughtful. I too, think the same thing...wait, I know. I look around and see a tree. The sky, the air. It's all so beautiful....it couldn't be a mistake. Then I was given children, and that in itself, you can't describe. Nothing is a mistake.
I give you tons of props for such statements!
AMEN!

I believe that Jesus is real, but I believe those that feel his presents are gifted, and those that can't are missing out on some thing beautiful.
