you cant take the car off of a lot because...first of all, are we talking an actually car selling lot or a public parking lot? taking from either is stealing. you have to give a down payment for the car and sign a bunch of long forms to prove that you can pay for it in the long run. off a car lot is probably going to get you caught right away, and of a public lot is going to get you caught eventually.
