No. I think that a majority of Americans feel that illegal immigration is wrong, and would like the illegal immigrants to leave. So the real division is between the people here legally, and those here illegally. That does not constitute a "Civil" war.

In my opinion, I think either everybody should go home or shut up. And when I say everyone, I mean everyone except for Native Americans, who aren't actually "Native Americans" or "Indians". It would make more sense to call them Atlantians or people from the land of Mu. Our Government doesn't care about the illegal immigration and I've heard that the only reason they are sending troops to the border is to keep Americans from leaving their own country due to the upcoming drought and then war. I believe there will be a civil war regardless of immigration. It will be between people who believe the government and the New World Order and people who don't. i do no longer think of so. The servant and laborer type does not have the money for or capability to fund an offensive against the middle and top instructions. Rebellions like what you defined only happen whilst the detrimental make up a brilliant majority of the inhabitants, and the wealthy are at possibly 2% of the inhabitants. Slaves in the South on no account staged a brilliant rebellion, even nevertheless in lots of aspects there have been far extra slaves than plantation proprietors.

Not unless they are Iraqi's, from Isreal, Hezbullah, or afghanistan. I think America has come to terms with illegal immigration and now that some light has been shed on it, there are new channels to go through to gain citizenship as well as ways to keep out the ones who don't meet the requirements. I think society is in a "lock down" frame of mind right now. With terrorism running amuk, people just want to be safe.

no because a civil war is citizens aganist citizens and illegals are not citizens and should be here to begin with so no not a "civil war" but shooting illegals might be a fun sport. just kidding. but illegals should leave the country and come back legally.

No because there are 65 million legal citizens with guns that would
make it a real short war.
Since guns aren't allowed in Mexico except for the corrupt police and military, the average Joe Mexican doesn't know how to shoot straight. Look at all the mexican gangs in california. They have to shoot like29 times to hit one person standing on the sidewalk.
