Sent back ... and why oh why is that racist, as somebody came up with? If that is racist, I think there are plenty of us here then that would be racist against whites, blacks, reds and yellows, all at the same time .... because we are talking about illegals from everywhere!

i dont think the government will deport all illegal immigrant unless they have commited a crime or even a double misdemeanor. No matter what of the two extreme you believe in the interest of a state is not compromised just because a few radicals wants the way the wanted. If the united states was so keen in deporting all all immigrants, they would have supported the gun trotting "minuitemen" already. But no, there are so much in common interest that mexico (this is probably what u'd refer to when u say illegal immigrant when u mentioned it) and the US shared. Cheap lobor, short distance for trading, energy and tourism. Vincente Fox, is also widely supported by the United States and majority of naturalized mexican voters here and there are a lot of them so the politicians make sure they dont offend them.

The legal immigrants should be deported instead....maybe!
What about those waiting,overseas, for an immigrating visa to enter the US legally ? Is it fair to punish those who seek the legal way to get to the US? Aren't the illegals hurting the legal applicants when asking for legalization?
No compromise, the law is the law. illegals are a threat to the American way of life, the values and laws.

THEY NEED TO BE SENT BACK IMMEDIATLY they should also set up a range around the borders where if they catch any one trying to illegally immigrate in they can be killed and no charges presed if they want to come into this country they can do it legally

I think everyone needs to cool their jets about illegal immigrants from Mexico. They are dedicated hard working people with a work ethic unlike most Americans. Many of them are my best friends!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

why should we reward criminal behavior?
currently the US ignores the Mexico border, AND allows all illegal chinese that make it to US soil to remain here indefinitely---fact--google chertoff illegal chinese
if we cant monitor all of those who are here from a foreign country using our INS, then we are asking for another 911

ok whoever said they should be shot is dumb. that would just be inhumane.
but i have to say that i think they should be sent back. people should try to become a citizen, but being here illegally is unfair to the rest of us.

If they were to stay at the country, anyone could and there will be a difficulty to trace identity if there's anything urgent..
