Hi Kimsy,
Not to sound dumb (I know, I will anyway) does England have humane shelters? Or dog pounds? Or rescue centers?
I know I am always getting request to ship dogs over there (I am in the United States) I have been told the gene pool for my breed, Chihuahua, is rather limited.
I know it is a HUGE expense to ship to the EU countries and it takes several months to prevent the quarantine.
My contact email is listed, just click my avatar.

have you tried any of the rescue agencies. go on-line and put in breed names, should bring you up to some rescue sites. that is if your looking for pure-bred. if your looking for mix, hit local shelter and browse around for a wee little four legged guy that needs a home. you're sure to find a face that you love.
