A Rose. Not just any rose a fresh yellow White or purple rose. Yellow or White represents friendship and purple means passion. Don't give a RED ROSE until you know the person well enough to do so.
Also Carnations are good for the first date. As long as it's something fresh I think she will appreciate it. You may want to find out what she likes every women taste is different.

You could give a Yellow Rose the first date, a pink rose as you get to know eachother more and a red rose when you are in love...
Personally I love Daisy's because they are different and not expected...Even some flowers from a garden would be cool. Just don't over do it!

either a single red rose. Or something like oriental lillies which will last a really long time and have a nice perfume, so that all week she'll see and smell the flowers and think of you. Whatever flowers you giver her, I'm sure she'll really appreciate the thought and the gesture.
Good luck, and have fun on your date!

A rose would be so romantic. That will show her how interested your are in her. But don't give her a bouquet of them. Start out slowly. The one rose will show her how traditional you are and your a good catch for her. Woman want an old-fashion guy. I know I do! Oh, Remember to kiss her hand before you hand her the rose. Best of luck!

Vedo, we women are flowers. Treat her like a beautiful and fresh one, not only in your first date ... always, as long as the relationship last. We women have different likes, as you know. If you don't know this girl that much, give her a beautiful Rose. A Rose is a Rose. Red ones is passion, Pink one is pure love ... white one, friendship. A sunflower is always welcome either (I love them, really).
Try to find out what kind of flowers she likes the most, for the future.
Suerte Amigo Mio.

I like to get the kind of flower that is unexpected. Something tiger lilies or a sun flower. Roses are sooooo over done.

hey you can give her a rose flowers that is very fresh, But also on valentine day you can give her a chocolate gift with love on it. It will work because I did it before and this girl was very impress. Because they wants to be impress by girls.

Sunflowers are always a cheerful choice, but I would suggest a single white rose. It suggests purity and elegance, romance with no pressure, and it isn't a red rose (deep love and passion) or a yellow one (friendship). Hydrangeas are also excellent choices as they are somewhat unusual and match almost anything she'll wear:)

It was about our second or third date and I gave my girlfriend a Blue Himalayan Poppy (Menconopsis Beconfolia - or something like that). It was 8 years ago and she still has it.
It's an unusual and special flower which is why I gave it to her.

I'm a girl, so I would love some red roses on my first date. But that's just me. Ask her whast her favorite flowers are, or ask her friend. Good luck!
