Are you afraid of it being stolen? If so, just give it to someone you trust. Or give it to the site coordinator/manager (the person who you are paying for the site).

In its case so that it is protected. If you leave it out, it could get knocked onto the floor, or someone could spill something on it.

under the table @ the reception. the table clothes will hide it. (don't let anyone c-ya)
