the tops of our feet are very sensitive so i can imagine you are in alot of pain!!
ibuprofen works best to help with pain and swelling....
take 200-400mg every 4-6 hours but no more than 1200mg in 24 hours
use aloe vera gel on the skin to help soothe and prevent peeling. take cool showers of baths-hot water will trap the heat and make the burn worse.
don't use lotions, oils,or food products-these can also trap in heat and make the burn worse....

Pure 100% coconut oil. It takes the heat out of a burn, it is also an antibiotic. After 15 minutes you shall have relief from the burning. Coconut oil will restore your skin from further as it contains no harmful chemicals. I use a product called 'NUI' and it is pure, no additives whatsoever. I have used this extensively on elderly delicate skins with remarkable results.

Aloe Vera and Moisturzing for the peeling.
There are lidocaine creams that you can use on it to decrease the pain, along with ice. Look in the chicks shaving cream area, there are some for the bikini area that may help relieve the pain.
You can also add an Aspirin to the regiment only if you are an adult, you could also try tylenol for pain relief.

This is going to sound really weird but it works like a dream. Cold sour cream....put it on and leave it on until it dries up and then wash it off in a cool shower or with a cool washcloth.
I used to burn every summer and this always worked. It takes off the itching and the burning and you can breathe without being in pain.

Aloe vera is a really good lotion, but you'll have a feet tan! I had a really bad burn on my shoulders a couple weeks back, and everytime I moved them, they were on fire.

Okay, this might sound a little odd, but milk.
Pour milk into a bucket and just soak your feet.
