sometimes sex actually energizes u and sometimes when u r tired it can cause you to be sore, because when u r tired so r your muscles so that's were the aching and hurting comes from not necessarily the good r bad sex that's the way your body responded 2 at the time depending on its state.

I've NEVER had sex cause me to get the urge to do housework or go jogging...I'd have to say that doesn't sound like very good sex at all...
