Ok, if your unwilling, or unable to exercise, then diet modification is definately the answer. Cut out all forms of raw sugars, (white sugar to be exact) Then cut out all breads, pastases, rice, potatoes, and limit your intake of milk. To name only a few that I can think of off the top of my head. These all come under the heading of carbohydrates, Begin to eat lots more vegetables, steamed, or washed thoroghly and eaten raw if possible. Avoid red meats, beef and pork for sure, go to steamed or baked chicken or fish. But on the other hand don't deprive your body of essential nutrients. A wise thing to do is consult A proffessional dietician, most hospital food service dieticians will be glad to offer advice for free,if you will call one and explain what you want to do. The last thing that comes to mind, and probably the first thing you should do is see your personal physician and ask for advice. well if you drink regular pop or (soda) stop! this alone can cause you to keep from loosing weight and drink alot of water cut out your fats,sugars and carbs just limit them i should say. eat more fruits,veg and protein! exercise by walking even if its 10 mins at a time 2 or 3 times a day. good luck!

Try the cabbage soup diet. I know it might be gross, but it helps and you can lose 20lbs in about 3 weeks!

u can drink lemon juice with no sugar just add water and squeez lemon juice the green limes no sugar if u do this for a month ull loss up to 50 pounds i am trying this diet too good luck

its really really hard, but its worth a try. eat really well-no extra fats, calories, carbs, etc. really watch your food intake..thats all i can think of. good luck!
