bomb your house, dip and treat your dogs with front line. put a peice of flea collar in your vacuum bag, this will kill anything in vac. and they won't crawl back out. if one dog is crawling with them they all are. fleas can multiply very quickly; it doesn't take long in warm weather, with 4 legged attractions to be infested. bomb, bomb, bomb.

You have got to treat the pet first. Advantage still works great, as does Frontline. You may need to apply them every 2 weeks for a few doses and they MUST be applied to ALL dogs and cats in the household. Adult fleas live on the pet, not in the environment. The eggs fall off the pet and hatch into larvae. The larvae become adult fleas which must feed and live on the pet. You can use sprays or powders to help kill off some of the eggs and larvae, but the fastest way to kill them is to apply a product to the pet itself. Do not use BioSpot or Hartz or any product that contains pyrethrins or permethrin type chemicals on cats they can be very toxic to them. You can also purchase a pill called Capstar from your vet. Give it to the dog or cat and the fleas will be dead in 30-60 minutes. Repeat this every few days to help kill the newly hatching fleas even faster.

Bathe your dog, then apply a product such as Frontline or Advantage once your dog is completely dry (about 24 hours). The product will kill any fleas on your dog. Try having your house and/or yard treated. Also, treat any other animals in your house for fleas. If you want, go to your vet and purchase a product called Capstar, it is a tablet that will kill fleas on your pet in 24 hours. 'Tis the season for fleas, so keep the treatments up every month!

You must get some fle-drops from your local vet or pet store. No matter how many times you comb her you will not completly get rid of them because fleas lay eggs every two days they breed very quickly so if the eggs are still there after you comb they will hatch into more fleas and you will be wasting youre time when all you really need to do is add the flee drops every week or two and you will be flea-free.

You have to treat everything to get rid of the fleas. Flea bomb the house, use a pesticide on the yard, and use Frontline or advanage once a month on all dogs. A one time treatment will not do the trick.

Advantage isnt any good anymore, use to be the best, but it sucks now.....Frontline + is GREAT......also, bath your dog in dawn dish detergent, its the best so far I have seen......for your carpet, put some 7's dust down and sweep it into the carpet, leave it for about an hour , then vacumm it up, it works great

Did you try using the flea bombs in your house? They seem to work. Also, did you buy Advantage or a similar product to get rid of the fleas on your dog? Keep brushing and sweeping. Good Luck.

You need to spray your yard again and your house. You can get inexpensive spray from Wal~Mart to do both. Then I think you need to get some Adams flea spray for her bedding (all of their beddings). You need to get some K9Advantix http://www.k9advantix.com/ to put on them. It will kill the fleas within about 24 hours. You may want to use the Adams flea spray on them in between doses of K9Advantix as well, to help get them under control. Good Luck!

ask a vet.....
my dog also had fleas and ticks, a vet came over and put some kind of medicine on her. we gave her a bath after a few days and shes much better. there are loads of flea medications(shampoos, powders, etc) in your local pet store; ask about it. whenever you find a fles, put it in kerosene, NOTHING ELSE WILL KILL IT. hope i helped...........

'Zodiac Spot On' costs MUCH less than other flea & tick controls and really works on my dogs, nary a flea (anywhere) for almost six years now!
